I’m Una Grace, founder of Soulibrium, a Shadow Doula, Oracle, and spiritual guide with more than 25 years of experience supporting people through personal transformation, spiritual awakening, and significant life changes. My work is informed by archetypal wisdom, metaphysical study, intuitive practice, nervous system awareness, and lived experience.
I offer a grounded and compassionate approach to shadow work and personal growth. Together, we examine the stories, patterns, and relationship dynamics influencing your life so you can understand your experiences more clearly and create meaningful change. Each session is shaped around your individual needs, questions, and circumstances, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
